Chief Financial Officer
Salt Lake City, Utah
Nathan Smith is Chief Financial Officer of Valore Group. He brings more than twenty-three years of finance leadership across high-growth private and publicly traded healthcare and life sciences organizations, having raised over $850 million in equity and debt and scaled finance organizations from 15 to more than 200 employees. He is currently CFO of Win Brands Group (Costa Vida and FatCats) and has previously served as CFO of Inmedix, Inc., CareDx, Inc., Mountain Land Physical Therapy, and Blackrock Neurotech, with earlier finance, treasury, investor-relations, and controller roles at Myriad Genetics and as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. Nathan pairs deep capital-markets, SEC-reporting, SOX, M&A, and IPO-readiness experience with an operator's instinct for building the systems and teams that let ambitious healthcare companies scale with discipline — a fit for Valore's mission to make continuous, patient-centered care both viable and durable.
