Chief Technology and Product Officer
Phoenix, Arizona
Matt Pollock is Chief Technology and Product Officer of Valore Group, where he leads the company's technology and product strategy. He is a healthcare technology executive with more than 25 years building and running pharmacy, PBM, and claims platforms under HIPAA, including 15+ years at the Director level and above leading large engineering organizations. As CIO of Polaris Pharmacy Services, a private equity-backed long-term care and specialty pharmacy company, he rebuilt the technology function from the ground up — from first IT budget, SDLC, and vendor governance to an Office of the CISO and an integration architecture connecting 750+ facilities through HL7, NCPDP claims, and EDI. At CVS Health, he led a 160-person engineering organization on the platforms behind the $8B Mail and $59B Specialty Dispensing lines of business (1M+ prescriptions weekly at 99.97%+ availability), migrated Mail Order to Microsoft Azure, and launched a new $1B dispensing-as-a-service business line in 10 months. He applies AI with human review in regulated pharmacy workflows — $40M in annual savings at CVS and 42% of prescription entry automated at Polaris with pharmacist review and full audit logging — and currently works hands-on with Claude, Claude Code, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
